Qoo10営業部ビューティーカテゴリーアイテム室では、日本のオンラインビューティー市場での持続的な成長と競争優位を実現するため、Beauty 事業責任者である室長ポジションを募集しています。

　

主な業務

          · Qoo10ビューティー戦略の策定

          · ビューティー事業部の総括運営および実績管理

          · 新規ビューティーブランドの誘致および提携拡大

          · 既存ブランドとの関係維持およびパートナーシップ拡大

          · 競合他社の戦略分析および対応策の立案

          · 市場トレンドの把握

          · ブランドとの共同商品企画およびプロモーションの立案

          · プロモーション結果の分析およびインサイトの提供

          · MDチームメンバーの管理

          · 売上目標の策定および達成管理

　

資格要件

・4年制大学卒業以上

・オンラインまたはオフラインのビューティー/コスメ業界(※)で8年以上の経験者

　※業界企業例：

　　- 企業の大小知名度問わずコスメブランド企業 ​

　　- 流通/卸企業のビューティーMD

　　- コスメ情報サイト

　　- ECプラットフォームでコスメ商品を取り扱っていた方

・組織管理経験者（チームリーダー以上のリーダー経験3年以上）

・高いコミュニケーションスキルを持つ方
