Qoo10営業部ビューティーカテゴリーアイテム室では、日本のオンラインビューティー市場での持続的な成長と競争優位を実現するため、Beauty Growthチームのリーダーを募集しています。

　

主な業務

ビューティーブランドとの1:1コーチング競合分析および市場トレンド調査担当ブランドの動向分析および提案共同商品企画およびプロモーション提案新規ブランドの発掘および育成イーベイジャパン独占ブランドの企画、ローンチ、運営管理商品プロモーション実績分析およびインサイト提供プロモーション政策の策定および統合管理年間ブランドプロモーションの企画および運営MDチームメンバーの管理

　

資格要件

・4年制大学卒業以上

・チームリーダー経験1年以上 ​

・以下いずれかの経験者：
　◎オンラインまたはオフライン流通業者でのビューティーブランドMDまたhはバイヤー経験6年以上（内1年以上がリーダー経験であること）
　◎ビューティーブランドのブランドマネジャーまたはチャネル担当経験6年以上（内1年以上がリーダー経験であること）

　◎オンラインまたはオフラインのビューティー/コスメ業界(※)で6年以上の経験（内1年以上がリーダー経験であること）
　　※業界企業例：
　　- 企業の大小知名度問わずコスメブランド企業
　　- コスメ情報サイト
　　- ECプラットフォームでコスメ商品を取り扱っていた方

積極性、開拓マインドがある方コスメが好きな方まだ世にあまり知られていないコスメブランドを広めていきたい！という意気込みのある

　

優遇条件

ビューティーリテール（オンライン/オフライン）経験者ビューティーブランドのローンチ経験者ブランディング経験者オフライン（店頭等）のビューティー経験豊富な方ビジネスレベルの英語でコミュニケーション力＋
