Kforce is looking for a QTM Program Manager in Redmond, WA. Summary: This Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the Quick to Market (QTM) program. The Program Manager will work closely with the QTM Program Manager, team members, partners, client contacts, technical team and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met on time. Some of the main duties and responsibilities of a Program Manager are: * Coordinate project activities and resources across different departments and functions * Execute administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports and tracking program progress * Communicate project status, updates and issues to program managers, team members, partners, client, and other stakeholders * Conduct regular customer project meetings and presentations * Conduct partner and customer calls for the program including gathering information regarding project timelines * Support program manager in developing project plans and timelines; Identifying and managing project risks, dependencies, and changes * Create and manage partner deployment timeline for each customer workload, tracking status, identifying delay risks and changes * Monitor partner performance and quality using appropriate tools and methods * Organize and maintain project documentation and records * Cross train to assist with additional QTM program activities as necessary
