Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria **Job Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse & Materials Specialist** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse & Materials Specialist to support raw material and non-stock receipts, finished goods distribution, and material movement between warehouse and production areas. The ideal candidate will follow established SOPs to ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and material handling. **Key Responsibilities:** + Receive, log, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment from internal departments and external carriers. + Pick and prepare sales orders, ITR, and DRP orders following SOPs. + Coordinate material movement between warehouse and production areas. + Generate cycle count lists and conduct physical inventory counts. + Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment safely. + Store, transfer, and distribute materials per specific requirements. + Follow detailed instructions and perform tasks under close supervision, ensuring all activities meet quality and safety standards. **Requirements:** + 3–6 years of relevant warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (18kg). + Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs. + Experience with warehouse management systems and material handling equipment preferred. **Work Environment:** + Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials. + Temperature-controlled warehouse setting. + Close supervision with work reviewed upon completion. **Pay Details:** $39.00 to $41.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
