As a (Qualified) Field Service Engineer, you will be performing services and maintenance activities on our customers' site/property includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), managing maintenance facilities, repairing and refurbishing sold or existing products from various segments (CT/NM/MRI). In this role you will be also developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, ensuring Customer Satisfaction in the assigned areas. **Job Description** **Responsibilities** + On-site life extension, repairing and inspection-related service activities for installed equipment. + Total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems. + Daily interfacing with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues and acting to ensure satisfaction to primary customers. + Assisting in Account Sales visits: help with training others where necessary, identifing sales opportunities and communicating to account team. + Assisting in the growth and direction of business in geographic area. + Responsibly completing all administration tasks on time and ensuring timely completion of inspections documentation for assigned accounts. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor or Master’s degree in technical field. + Technical analytical skills. + Field Services experience (experience within healthcare industry would be a huge asset). + Ability to work in field and valid drive license. + Fluency in Polish and English. + Ability to work independently with minimum direction. **Desired Characteristics** + High work standards and quality. + Initiative and motivation. + Plans and organizes work effectively. + Excellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills. \#LI-Remote \#LI-MT1 **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
