Job DetailsThe Qualitative Analyst will support research development and insights generation, working closely with strategy and research coordination teams. This role will be responsible for designing and executing qualitative research projects, synthesizing findings, and contributing to high-quality reporting and analysis.Key Responsibilities:Act as an organizational expert in qualitative research, including study design, discussion guide development, and execution of research projects.Analyze qualitative data and synthesize key insights to inform research reports and strategic recommendations.Assist in maintaining and organizing research materials, ensuring efficient knowledge-sharing across projects.Collaborate with the Research Coordinator to align recruiting efforts with research needs.Support the integration of qualitative insights into broader research initiatives and strategic discussions.Contribute to the continuous improvement of qualitative research processes and methodologies.Ideal Candidate Qualifications:1 to 3 years of experience in a research-related role, preferably with exposure to qualitative research methodologies.Strong foundational knowledge of research methods, including study design, data collection, and analysis.Ability to distill complex qualitative data into clear and actionable insights.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.Preferred Experience:Background in market research, behavioral science, social sciences, or a related field.Experience conducting interviews, moderating discussions, or working with qualitative research tools.Prior experience in a role that involves collaboration between research and strategy teams.Working knowledge of dovetail or other similar knowledge management systems a plusThe salary range for this role is $95k-125k.
