As a Qualitative Research Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
 

Contributing to Proposal Development: Collaborate on creating compelling proposals that meet client needs and showcase our research expertise. Leading the Full Research Process: Manage all phases of qualitative research, including developing screening questionnaires, crafting discussion guides, conducting fieldwork, and delivering in-depth analysis. Moderating and Facilitating Research: Skillfully moderate diverse focus groups, conduct in-depth interviews, and perform ethnographic research to gather valuable insights. Client Engagement and Communication: Maintain clear, proactive, and responsive communication with clients throughout the research process, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed at every stage. Collaborating with Senior Leadership: Work closely with department heads and senior team members on key research deliverables and engage in broader initiatives such as internal webinars, surveys, and research innovation projects.

Qualifications and Skills:
 

Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Proven organizational and analytical skills. Creative, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Advanced computer literacy, including mastery of MS Office and social media platforms.

Desirable Qualifications:
 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, or Economic Sciences. Experience in client-facing roles with direct client interaction is a plus. Prior experience in a market research company is an advantage.
