Quality Analyst, Asset and Wealth Management

As a Quality Analyst within the global Asset and Wealth Management Fraud organization, you will be responsible for analyzing prevention alerts and incident remediations to assess decision accuracy, adherence to timelines, and procedure adherence accuracy. Your role will involve reviewing and inputting alert information in accordance with current guidelines, working closely with internal teams in fraud prevention, remediation, and governance to handle exceptional scenarios, and pinpointing client remediation risk deviations from execution procedures. You will need to prioritize reviews to meet metrics reporting deadlines and have expertise in fraud servicing concepts, along with a working knowledge of financial services fraud operations. A comprehensive understanding of the fraud detection, prevention, identification, and remediation lifecycle is crucial, as is the ability to analyze system documentation such as notes using industry terminology, scam event language, and application source references. Additionally, experience in production management, work allocation, prioritization, exception handling, and process documentation is necessary for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure prevention alerts hold all required due diligence notations without an exception that could render the decision incorrect Evaluate fraud prevention and remediation employees ensuring they are following stablished guidelines, processes, and procedures  Document system-related exceptions and defects are accurately documented and acknowledged  Ensure that defined data quality review elements are accurate and applicable to the tasks being evaluated Partner with analytics, prevention, remediation, and recovery internal teams within fraud resolve exception scenarios Consistently achieve daily targets and maintain process accuracy while ensuring timely turnaround of priority reviews Interact with global stakeholders to resolve process issues, suggest enhancements and automations, and perform periodic risk and controls analysis for improved process valuation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Must have at least two years of experience and exposure to quality oversight, assurance exception research, or process effectiveness assessment execution within or consulting for a large, global financial institution  Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively interact with all levels of management with the ability to adjust communication style based on the audience Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills and be able to organize executive level summaries

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, major focused in accounting, finance, business administration or data science Strong working knowledge of enterprise-based system platforms for quality evaluation paired with demonstrated expertise in MS Word and Excel (MS Outlook and Teams preferred, but not required if comparative enterprise communication experience held) Demonstrates excellent analytical skills with attention to detail, quickly grasping and retaining fraud concepts Excels in global collaboration and cross-functional teamwork, handling exceptions with subject matter expertise Ability to work shifts mirroring standard US hours and establish an appropriate hybrid remote office set up to work remote
