The Seller-Fulfilled Returns team is looking for a talented, detail oriented and enthusiastic Quality Analyst(QA) to join the team. In this role, you will own the product end to end testing process. In this role, you will be working with software developers, product managers, and operational partners across the company to improve the seller-fulfilled return experience. Basic Qualifications · 1+ year of experience working in an Operational or Quality Assurance (QA) role. · Excellent QA aptitude and ability to drive process improvements · Ability to write test plans · Good organizational and problem solving skills with great attention to detail, including the ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results Preferred Qualifications · Ability to understand functional/technical specifications and analyze data · Experience writing SQL queries · Exposure of overall QA life cycle of the solution and had managed complex projects with significant bottom line impact Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $35,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $71,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
