Basic Qualifications:

Principal Quality Analyst

Active DOD Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain special program access

5 Years with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD

Experience in composite manufacturing; at least one year of experience in quality and/or mission assurance.

3 years MRB experience and/or qualify for MR authority

Sr. Principal Quality Analyst

Active DOD Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain special program access

8 Years with Bachelors; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Year with PhD

Experience in composite manufacturing; at least one year of experience in quality and/or mission assurance.

3 years MRB experience and/or qualify for MR authority

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior manufacturing experience

Ability to read and interpret GD&T drawings

Knowledge of Inspection Plans and First Article Inspections

Knowledge of Root Cause and Corrective Action methods

Knowledge of continuous improvement principles

Background in Composites

Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Salary Range: $74,600.00 - $111,800.00Salary Range 2: $92,900.00 - $139,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
