1) Define Test Strategy
2) Create Test Plan
3) Create and tests complex business testing modules as an individual contributor
4) Identify and Create Test Data
5) Retail Banking experience needed

Main duties and responsibilities:
The person will be working out of Mount Laurel Office in Staff Aug Role under close supervision from client Test Manager. The person should have crisp communication skills and coordinate testing activities with multiple teams
Requirements:
· Strong QA skills preferably in banking domain
· Should have solid experience working, collaborating and building strong partnerships with various type teams (project mgmt, business analysis, development, support, etc.)
· Should have Strong test management background, including previous experience delivering test strategies, test plans, test schedules, test cases, and testdata.
