Description:

You will be the Quality Analyst for the Quality & Mission Success (Q&MS) team. Our team is responsible for driving continuous improvement and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive corrective action. You will play a critical role in supporting the Q&MS team's efforts to ensure the quality of our products.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Reviewing and coordinating action on data trends and corrective action requests
• Analyzing and interpreting data to drive actionable goals and continuous improvement
• Communicating data trends to cross-functional program personnel for timely action
• Supporting Lufkin Program and Site Corrective Action Boards (CABs)
• Providing inter-organizational contact with Quality engineers, Quality leads, and other internal customers
• Assisting with Quality Audits, both physical and documentation

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience/combined education, with at least 7 years of professional experience

• Ability to create, review, analyze, and report on quality-related data/metrics from production, service, supplier, or process improvement activities

• Experience analyzing and interpreting data

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to multitask, work well in a diverse team environment, and with cross-functional teams

• Proven problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills
Desired Skills:
• Familiar with navigating and extracting data from SAP, Tableau, and Apriso databases

• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

• Prior experience in an analyst role

• Prior experience with root cause and corrective action tools

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
