CPHQ certification is required upon hire or within two years **.** **Experience:** 3 - 5 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting, with a preference for prior involvement in quality improvement and data analysis. **Skills:** Strong communication and critical thinking abilities, proficiency in Meditech, Word, and Excel, are essential.
