Quality and Performance Manager

We're looking for a Quality and Performance Manager to join our Transportation team based in the North.  In this role you'll work in collaboration with National Highways to deliver Regional Development Programme (RDP) schemes in the North-West.

Location: North-West - remote working available, with travel to the office required

Contract: Permanent Fulltime

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + £6,700 annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefits

 

Responsibilities

As a Quality and Performance Manager, you'll work with the Project Director, Project Managers & Functional teams across the Kier Transportation Major Project scheme(s) they are allocated to, ensuring the quality requirements of the National Highways scheme contract is delivered successfully and continually improved by contributing to client KPI's

Your day to day will include:

Manage the business assurance system on nominated schemes to ensure system information is maintained, up-to-date and operational Develop, support and lead relationships with stakeholders such as colleagues, clients, sub- contractors and suppliers to encourage and support a positive quality culture that embraces and supports SHEA principles and goals Coordinate & lead Internal Quality Audits with functions and suppliers on nominated schemes Facilitate External Audits with Kier Group & Assurance organisations Report on Quality metrics internally and to clients

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Quality and Performance Manager is great if you have:

Working knowledge of ISO Standards as Lead Auditor Ability to apply quality assurance knowledge by investigating non-conformities and ensuring lessons learnt are communicated Understanding of integrated management systems and the ability to develop and improve processes
