Quality and Sustainability Specialist
Job responsibilities:
Active contribution of the sustainability management activities, such as collection, expediting, quality checks and maintenance of the suppliers' product CO2-footprints, certificates and action items Technical and administrative processing of sustainability data in the respective tools and systems Promote the implementation of new procurement related sustainability regulations Maintenance of quality, sustainability and supplier related data in SAP (e.g. Q-info records, certificates) and other procurement systems Processing of supplier complaints with input from procurement and the suppliers incl. the responsibility for "in time / in quality" completion (e.g. 8D report) Change management, training activities and consultation for quality, with focus on supplier & sustainability management related topics
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree in engineering, business administration, natural/environmental science or a comparable qualification 2 years work experience in supply chain sustainability (CO2-footprint, Supply Chain Compliance) Knowledge in quality/complaint management, preferably, with focus on supplier quality management / supplier quality engineering Preferably knowledge of Carbon Footprint related normative requirements (e.g. ISO 14067, etc.) Preferably experience and advanced knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP QM and SAP MM Accuracy and ability to summarize complex technical issues in simple words Fluent in written and spoken English and, preferably, German Team player with very empathic communication skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness
