Quality Assistant Manager

Duties will include:
Overseeing day-to-day quality control operations and ensuring that all products produced meet established standards Identifying areas for improvement through data analysis Process monitoring while collaborating with production teams to maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process Departmental goal setting and goal achieving Daily and monthly reporting regarding quality, completeness and time Quality assurance of raw materials (wheat, premix, packaging) Liaise with Wheat Suppliers Liaise with Transporters Maintain Wheat Management program Wheat intake area: report and document all variances and implement corrective actions Compliance Management Quality assurance of products Process Improvement: Liaise with production team and maintain detailed records Departmental inspections Document Control Pest Management Training and development Non-conformances Laboratory Management Food Safety Audits Stand in for Quality Manager Recruitment and training of staff Requirements:
A relevant degree / diploma in Quality or Food Safety Management Min 1 – 5 years working experience Excellent planning and organizational skills Ability to take initiative and create systems
