Through rotations in key areas, you’ll get to grips with a highly complex operation.   **Develop your leadership potential and career.**   Over **two** **years** , our Future Leaders graduate program will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally.  You’ll have two stretching rotations within Consumer Healthcare Quality. **Your first rotation will be within Quality and located in our** **Guayama, Puerto Rico** **site.**     You’ll take on business-critical roles that offer amazing insights into our quality operations.  You’ll learn about the synergies and challenges that come with delivering optimum value to the business and the customer.   Meanwhile, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to network with senior leaders and graduates along with bespoke training programs to aid your development.   **What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?** **Collaborative problem-solving:** + Through shadowing Quality Operations (OQ), interact with the “On the Floor” cross-functional team in resolving real-time problems. + Through shadowing OQ, interact with the emerging Event “Rapid Response” cross functional team to determine if a Deviation investigation is required for root cause, impact, and Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) is required. + Through shadowing OQ leaders, participate in the operations Tiered Accountability Process (Tier II meetings) to understand how operational and quality activities are monitored to ensure timely completion. **Functional Operations:** + Complete Deviation investigation writing training that includes classroom training and On-the-Job training (OJT) preparing actual investigations. + Complete CAPA preparation training that includes classroom training and OJT preparing actual CAPA that support the Deviation. **Quality Continuous Improvement:** + Through shadowing Quality CI leads, participate in Quality CI project implementation. + Complete Six Sigma Yellow Belt training that provides the tools to lead a simple Yellow Belt CI project. + Complete a Yellow Belt project. **General Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Knowledge for an FDA regulated facility:** + Through the onboarding Induction Training, participate in the GMP fundamental training. + Complete applicable core training as assigned at induction, and in partnership with a Quality mentor. + Participate in the site Quality Review Boards to gain knowledge on how the site Quality Performance is continuously monitored. + Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures. **To recognize your dedication, energy and effort, benefits include:** + A competitive base salary. + An annual bonus linked to performance. + Employee recognition through our global scheme which rewards exceptional achievements. + On-the-job experience and formal and informal training and development, delivered through a mixture of coaching, mentoring and formal training programs. + Health and wellbeing programs to take care of your physical and mental health. + We’ll tailor your training and development to our business needs as well as your talents and ambition, setting you up for a successful career.
