We are seeking a dedicated Quality Associate to ensure the document control of GMP Documents through paper-based data integrity. The ideal candidate will manage the controlled issuance and reconciliation of raw data form sheets, maintain files, and provide project support to identify process efficiencies. Additionally, this role involves revising and routing GMP documentation in the Document Management System and generating templates for quality processes to maintain efficiency. Ensuring all GMP documentation adheres to regulatory compliance is a key responsibility.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure document control of GMP Documents via paper-based data integrityControlled Issuance and Reconciliation of Raw Data Form SheetsManage files including filing, tracking, and retrieving completed records such as complete batch records, protocols, logbooks, modules, and other GMP documentationProvide project support and identify process efficienciesRevise and route GMP documentation in the Document Management SystemGenerate templates for quality processes to maintain efficiencyEnsure all GMP documentation adheres to regulatory complianceEssential SkillsExperience with GMP documentationProficiency in document managementKnowledge of Microsoft WordExperience with documentation control systems1-2 years of experience in GMP documentationAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in a science field or equivalent experience in quality documentation within a GMP facility1+ years of experience in quality assurance and regulatory complianceWork Environment
This position operates in an office setup, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00
