DescriptionFour Hands Art Studio is hiring a Quality Associate to join our production team. We are looking for hardworking team players to contribute to our high-volume, high-variability art manufacturing facility. \n
Our studio collaborates with a diverse pool of independent artists from around the world, handling everything from design to production and shipping of our curated art pieces. The mission is to create seamless art reproductions using only the highest quality materials for our valued customers.

Shift Hours: 7am - 4pm
In This Role\nInspect items throughout production process for irregularities and ensure products conform to established tolerance levels for quality and performance \nDocument all instances of non-conformance and rejected production \nMaintain understanding of entire production process in order to inspect components and troubleshoot manufacturing issues \nNote product observations and make recommendations for improving quality and processes \nInspect incoming raw materials\nCommunicate and motivate production team on quality control goals and initiatives \nOther duties as assigned by Management\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n
The Ideal Person\n1+ years of experience in inspection or quality control required\nHigh school diploma or GED\nBasic computer skills required, including Microsoft suite\nStrong attention to detail\nAbility to identify item specifications on work orders, including dimensions, colors, special instructions \nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal\n
