**Quality Associate Inventory Analyst – Memphis, TN** Kelly Services Project Services, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Quality Associate Inventory Analyst at one of our Global clients in Memphis, TN. All Kelly Services Project Services employees receive annual performance reviews. **Title:** Quality Associate Inventory Analyst **Location:** Memphis (38118) **Pay:** open; plus benefits and PTO **Hours:** M-F 8am-4pm **Duration:** one year contract with possible extension **Job Description:** Will work at the company’s Distribution Center to reduce product scrap as well as providing timely disposition of company’s products at the MLC Inventory quarantine cage or incoming/customer returned products. The candidate Interacts, influences, and closely collaborates with site partners, as well as quality and supply chain partners to maintain damaged/Expired quarantine products to a reasonable and manageable inventory level while minimizing the negative P&L impact of their disposition through redress, reworks, releases and re-use activities. Supports root causing to ensure products entering the quarantine cages is minimized. **Key Responsibilities:** Under limited supervision and in all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate, procedures and guidelines, this position: **Business-Centric Tasks:** + Collaborates and influences internal stakeholders (e.g., quality compliance, supply chain, distribution centers) to align on business objectives and ensures timely product disposition. + Understands and addresses operational issues such as transportation or packaging-related challenges that affect product inventory. + Works to identify root causes of quarantined or damaged products and develops strategies to prevent recurrence. + Partners with other distribution centers such as the European Distribution Center (EDC) & the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) to leverage learnings and deployment of solutions across all major distribution centers. **Operational Efficiency and Quality Control:** + Manages quarantine/expired product inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely resolution. + Develops clear, actionable work instructions for the disposition of medical products. + Supports teams in resolving issues related to inbound and outbound products to ensure smooth distribution operations. In collaboration with the franchise and local teams, ensures that the product dispositions are being performed on time and in full. **Data-Driven Solutions and Process Creation:** + Analyzes operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. + Creates and implements streamlined processes based on analytical insights to improve operational efficiency and address recurring challenges. + Develops and deploys digital solutions (e.g., automation, reporting tools) to support process improvements and meet business needs. + Use data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders. **Compliance and Communication:** + Ensures all activities are performed in compliance with company policies and external regulations. + Maintains open communication with management and cross-functional teams to address business-related issues or opportunities. + Performs other duties as required. **Qualifications:** **Education:** + Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field is required. **Experience and Skills:** + Strong understanding of supply chain operations and business processes, with the ability to balance operational goals with compliance requirements. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). + Demonstrated ability to translate analytical insights into actionable processes that improve operational performance. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders. + Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze root causes and implement practical solutions. + Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) is a plus but not mandatory. + Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Apply now for immediate consideration!** **_Please do not contact your local Kelly branch office as it is not filling this position. #p1_** As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
