As a Quality Senior Associate within the global Asset and Wealth Management Fraud organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a segment of our prevention alerts and incident remediations. Your role will involve assessing decision accuracy, adherence to timelines, and procedure adherence accuracy. You will manage a team of approximately five quality analysts and will report locally to a Quality Center of Excellence manager, with a secondary reporting line to the global Quality Review Manager based in the US. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing, collating, and reporting on the team’s alert review processing, gathering feedback from evaluated fraud teams, and assisting in migration activities related to the team’s new quality oversight system of record. You will also be required to schedule exception sessions, coordinate capacity coverage, evaluate risks, and prioritize events to promote quality improvements in fraud servicing concepts and processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with global Fraud Prevention & Fraud Remediation management peers to develop and maintain a Quality Control evaluation program that ensures appropriate controls are in place and being executed in alignment with the procedures(s) Apply input from key stakeholders and partners on the strategic direction of exam management and schedule content evaluations Lead and support the testing/regression testing and implementation of applications supporting Quality Controls Participate in management efforts as a key representative of AWM Fraud Governance, where applicable, that will enhance the AWM Fraud strategy and cross-functional partnerships Interact with Internal Audit, Compliance and Operational Risk Oversight as needed Develop quality control assessment execution efficiencies for our Fraud Prevention & Remediation teams Foster innovation in control design and third party risk management strategyRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising a team focused on quality oversight, assurance exception research, or process effectiveness assessment execution within or consulting for a large, global financial institution Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills and be able to organize executive level summaries Use correct use of common corporate idioms, acronyms and regional references; project management terms, federal regulation abbreviations, regional segment acronymsPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, major focused in accounting, finance, business administration or data science Strong working knowledge of enterprise-based system platforms for quality evaluation paired with demonstrated expertise in MS Word and Excel (MS Outlook and Teams preferred, but not required if comparative enterprise communication experience held) Understand and use correct use of common corporate idioms, acronyms and regional references; project management terms, federal regulation abbreviations, regional segment acronyms Experience and evidence delivery requiring global collaboration and cross-functional teamwork, handling exceptions with subject matter expertise Ability to manage resources working multiple shifts, partner with a global peer leadership team that spans global locations to achieve the quality review goals and requirements, and have an established hybrid remote office set up to work remote
