Essential Functions & Responsibilities
· Assist in prep of manufacturing line
· Check for proper labels and lot numbers throughout the manufacturing process (storage, manufacturing
lines, packaging line, etc..)
· Check temperatures and document findings as part of a HACCP program
· Perform various quality checks (weight of dough, height of crust, sauce distribution, etc..) and document
findings.
· Assure FDA and USDA compliance. Be able to communicate with inspectors as needed.
· Assist in weekly inventory counts
