Job Description
The Quality Assurance Administrator will be responsible for supporting the quality assurance specialists by preparing batch records and labels, issuing batch records, and organizing raw materials to begin production. This role includes conducting non-conformance investigations and ensuring compliance with company quality system standards.

The work schedule is Thursday to Sunday from 2 PM to 12:30 AM, with training sessions held Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM. The work will be performed on a laptop in an office setting. Personal protective equipment such as gowns and hair nets are required when working with raw materials. The environment can be loud at times and includes a BSL 2 Lab (Biosafety Level 2). No heavy lifting is required.
