Job Overview:
Reports to the Director of Performance Improvement. Responsible for performing data input, data collection, data summaries and detailed analysis for various types of outcomes and performance improvement reports. Responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors.

Applies proper statistical process control techniques to data analyses Assists with data collection and data entry related to regulatory agency requirements as needed. Inputs data for internal and external customers. Collects data from appropriate databases to create organizational reportCoordinate the Leapfrog Survey Design databases for data input and reports related to patient care quality and safety initiatives.Designs databases for data input and reports related to medical staff quality and peer review activities.
