Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst within the Financial Services industry, based in New York. The role involves ensuring the highest level of quality in our services through comprehensive testing and validation procedures. Responsibilities • Develop and implement detailed test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of all features and functions. • Utilize QA automation tools such as Selenium, in combination with Python Scripting, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes. • Maintain meticulous records of all tests and their results, ensuring any errors are accurately documented and reported. • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise communication regarding testing procedures, findings, and necessary improvements. • Apply an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and devise innovative solutions. • Exhibit strong organizational skills in managing various tasks and responsibilities. • Continually seek and implement opportunities for improvement in the QA process. • Handle unexpected situations and problems with creativity, utilizing innovative ideas and approaches. • Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of the role, from test planning to error documentation. Requirements • Proven experience in the financial services industry. • Proficiency in QA automation tools and methodologies. • Solid understanding of Python scripting. • Demonstrated experience with Selenium for automated testing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high-quality results. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Team player with a collaborative mindset. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field preferred. • Knowledge of financial industry regulations and standards.
