Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst IV in Denver, CO or Saint Louis, MO. Overview: We are seeking a proactive and adaptable QA Team Lead to join our mobile business unit. This team will be responsible for testing applications, ensuring quality across both front-end and back-end systems, and supporting our monthly and weekly release cycles. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of 6-8 QA testers, including both onshore and offshore members * Quality Assurance Analyst will conduct hands-on testing and oversee the creation and execution of test cases * Collaborate with various departments to enhance testing infrastructure and processes * Test mobile applications, front-end interfaces, APIs, and databases * Utilize tools such as SQL, Jira, and Octane for testing and tracking * Ensure familiarity with automated regression testing tools like TOSCA and Postman * As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will foster a team environment that encourages flexibility, quick learning, and proactive problem-solving * Work closely with another FTE lead to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless integration of testing activities
