Pay: $19.43 per hour
Work schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

What you’ll do: You’ll report to the quality assurance coordinator and perform administrative support for the quality assurance department. You’ll assist in the dissemination of information, maintaining filing systems; and performing administrative support work in compliance with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) and Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) directives.
Essential Functions:
Performs technical assistance work; assists with implementation of quality assurance utilization review procedures; and assists in responding to inquiries regarding technical program and administrative rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Assists in monitoring, reviewing, interpreting, and evaluating quality of services; assists in compiling and analyzing data and preparing reports; and assists in making recommendations for improvements to services provided. Prepares, edits, and distributes correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents; prepares, and disseminates information concerning agency programs and procedures; maintains record keeping and filing systems. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. Promotes the development of positive social skills through modeling appropriate behaviors and intervening when inappropriate behaviors are observed. Maintain accountability of inmates and property; adhere to safety practices.Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Two (2) years of quality assurance or related experience required. Must be knowledgeable in business correspondence, including writing, spelling, grammar and appropriate formats, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills. One (1) year correctional custody or law enforcement experience preferred. Valid driver’s license in the states of Texas or New Mexico with an acceptable driving record required unless waived by management.Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
