Quality Assurance Assistant
Job Title: Quality Assurance Assistant

Job Description

Work directly with the VP to ensure timely responses to quality-related issues. Interface with high-level executives for updates on projects in the Quality department. Assist in reviewing and writing SOPs. Write COAs and review batch records.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely responses to quality-related issues.Interface with high-level executives for updates on Quality department projects.Assist in reviewing and writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Write Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and review batch records.Essential Skills1 year of experience working in Quality Assurance for manufacturing or a science-related field.Confidence with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and understanding of QA terminology.High school diploma or GED.Strong written and oral communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, and Outlook.Ability to think outside the box and be agile.Work Environment

Schedule: 9:30am – 6:30pm Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Onsite 100%.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Medical, dental and vision is paid 80% of employee only – not for dependent. It would be paid 100% by the employee for dependents
They have 3 kaiser plans and 3 anthem plans and they can choose from (1 PPO and 2 HMOs each)
Dental is through humana
Vision is through humana
Use colonial for life insurance
7 paid holidays
40 hours sick time accrued
PTO
- 1 week for 1st year
- 2 weeks for 2- 4 years
- After 4th year you get 3 weeks (that could be negotiable)
401K that is through paycheck – there is no company match at this time
