Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to work within our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ISO9001:2015 compliance. The successful candidate will handle customer rejects, go through the corrective action process, and ensure all documents are updated in the software. This role will involve operating within the QMS for all tools, including corrective actions, risk assessment, risk management, and 8D Analysis. The position is mostly office-based but may require occasional visits to the manufacturing floor to partner with the team and gather necessary documentation.
Responsibilities
+ Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards within the Quality Management System (QMS).
+ Handle customer rejects and go through the corrective action process.
+ Update all documents in the software as necessary.
+ Operate within the QMS for all tools, including corrective actions, risk assessment, risk management, and 8D Analysis.
+ Collaborate with the team on the manufacturing floor to gather necessary documentation.
Essential Skills
+ 2-3 years of experience working in quality management systems.
+ Experience working within ISO 9001:2015 standards.
+ Experience with quality assurance, QMS, and quality management systems.
+ Familiarity with corrective action plans, risk assessment, and risk management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with AS9100D is a plus.
+ Experience with metal finishing.
+ Proficiency with 8D Analysis.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25
