Quality Assurance Associate
Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Quality Assurance Associate **Location:** St. Louis, MO **What's the Job?** + Evaluate raw material or final product supply chain to determine acceptability to meet import/export requirements derived from animal by-products. + Ensure that all aspects of routine product assignment and release for raw materials and finished goods meet analytical, packaging, and labeling specifications in accordance with established quality systems and regulatory/industry requirements. + Risk assessment evaluations and implementation of mitigation strategies related to pathogenic agents, sourcing origin, genetically modified organisms, residual solvents, and heavy metals within the supply chain. + Conduct inspections and make final usage decisions of critical raw materials used in production to ensure compliance with specifications. + Perform product-specific projects to improve product quality performance and customer satisfaction as requested by various departments. **What's Needed?** + Experience in quality assurance or a related field. + Knowledge of regulatory and industry requirements related to product quality. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain valuable experience in quality assurance processes. + Potential for career growth and development within the organization. + Engage with a diverse team of professionals. + Contribute to improving product quality and customer satisfaction.
