Quality Assurance Associate
**Quality Assurance Associate** **Hours:** 7 AM - 4 PM (6 AM start during Harvest season) Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make a difference in the agricultural industry? Join our team as a Quality Assurance Associate and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our seed products! **What You'll Do:** + Seed Processing: Handle bulk seed samples, inspect finished seed lots, and submit samples for lab analysis. + Quality Monitoring: Keep an eye on crop quality and take action when needed. + Inventory Management: Manage 'SEED ON HOLD', assist with product labeling, handle order/data entry, and manage customer returns. + Customer Interaction: Provide accurate information to customers, invoice them, and ensure products are packaged and prepared correctly. **What We're Looking For:** + Experience: At least 1 year in office/administrative roles and familiarity with MS Office or ERP systems. + Industry Knowledge: Experience in shipping, inventory, or warehousing environments.
