Marvin Roanoke is looking for 2nd and 3rd shift Quality Assurance Auditors. This position is responsible for assisting the Quality department to meet and exceed company goals. The Quality Auditor is responsible for auditing windows and doors on any of our production lines. This position will aid in training the other line associates on Quality Standards. This position will assist in the development and implementation of improvement ideas, and to assist in the validation of those changes. The Quality Auditor is responsible for providing supervisors with immediate feedback on any Quality issues on the production line.

This individual must also be able to work with power tools and computer equipment and possess common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. This position will monitor the quality of the products produced on the production line and provide feedback to supervisors on product quality issues. Other duties assigned.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) High School Diploma/GED required –Six months to one year of related experience. Prior quality experience, certifications and training preferred but not required.Participate and chip in a team environment, possess self-motivating skills, and be diligent and honest.Ability to problem solve, train, direct, and communicate effectively.
