Position Responsibilities:

Review quality of work performed by staff through use of auditing applications.Identifies training needs and communicates needs to training department as needed.Participates in design of auditing formats and quality standards.Participates in design of auditing formats and quality standards.Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance and trends at team and individual levelConducts audit calibrations and/or training sessions with Senior Leadership, Supervisors or other Kemper employees on a regular cadence.Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.Provides feedback to billing department leaders and managers.Maintain standardized workflows and procedures.  Provides recommendations for change and participates in procedures to improve accuracy/efficiency.Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.Ability to deal with ambiguity.Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Position Requirements:

1 years of billing or customer service center experience1 years of Property & casualty experience a plus1 year Quality Assurance experienceBilingual in Spanish is a plusExcellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, OneNote, and Outlook required.Proficient in Kemper property & casualty systems and processes a plusA skill’s assessment will be conducted as part of the interview processAbility to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environmentMust adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as neededThis is a remote position
