Quality Assurance Auditor - Janitorial

For information about ABM’s benefits, visit_ ABM 2025 Employee Benefits | Staff & Management (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Staff\_&\_Management\_No%20Date%209.5.24.pdf) **POSITION RESPONSIBLITIES** + Responsible for ensuring improvements in safety, security, quality, productivity, client relationships, and customer service are correctly implemented. + Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements. + Ensures compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. + May be required to help train employees in safety, security, quality, and job specific (as required by station) policies and procedures in all Lines of Service. + Prepares for audit by researching materials, formulating a plan of action, and communicating to stakeholders. + Conduct daily on-site, Quality Assurance inspections in compliance with contractual specifications and customer’s expectation. + Communicates audit progress and findings by preparing reports; providing information in meetings. + Supports external auditors by coordinating information requirements. + Provides management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing management information. + Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, dispatchers, supervisors, managers, clients, etc. + Helps instill a culture of safety, security, and quality and deliver measurable results + Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities. + Perform other duties as assigned or requested. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES** + High School Diploma or GED + Valid state issued driver’s license + Some college coursework or equivalent experience preferred + 2 years customer service experience + Aviation experience preferred ABM is an EOE (M/F/Vet/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation) REQNUMBER: 107388 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
