· Review and release of batch records
· Collect and inspect first shots
· Collect, inspect, and document WIP and finished goods retains for storage.
· Perform rework operations on non-conforming material (WIP, finished goods and customer returns) as required.
· Utilize computer systems (JDEdwards) to place inventory on blocked status in audit area as required
· Conduct a variety of audits including: Process, cGMP, Warehouse, Glass/Brittle Plastics, and Chemical Control.
· Final audit of production and rework parts
· Complete Final Inspection Form QA 116 for all audited product
· Transfer product internally and assist associates in doing so through the use of internal product transfer forms
· Reject product internally and assist associates in doing so
· Assist production as needed.
· Follows applicable Food Safety and cGMP polices.
Qualifications High School diploma or GED is required.Working knowledge of Quality Assurance processes & GMPComputer application skills (spreasheets, databases, email)Use of gauges and measurement equipmentAbility to work independently as well as with others on projects and assigned tasks.Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.Experience with powered industrial trucks, including operating fork liftThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
