What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for a variety of auditing and evaluations to maintain the data integrity of the project and performs clerical duties, in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

Evaluate and audit 100% of admissions folders to ensure all required information is included and forwarded to the appropriate personnel. Present findings and concerns to the manager.  Identify errors for correction utilizing the MTC error correction forms.  Conduct date integrity training for all new hires during new hire orientation and conduct annual training for all staff.  Assist the the OA/CTS director with projecting career transition specialist (CTS ) and admission counselor performance.  Review that CTS employees contact new students assigned to case loas within 24 hours of separation.  Promote and support positive customer service through the facility. Participate and promote student employability programs and activities. 

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred. Three (3) years related experience. Must have working knowledge of computers and various software programs.
