This on-site role involves creating specialized documentation, implementing quality system enhancements, and supporting audits.ResponsibilitiesCreate, coordinate, and revise specialized documentation such as QCWIs, corrective action reports, and defect data collection.Implement improvements to the quality system to enhance overall efficiency and compliance.Prepare, present, and maintain quality records and reports to ensure adherence to quality standards.Conduct work station and other quality audits, recording audit information thoroughly and organized.Provide training in key subject areas to reduce deficiencies and costs.Analyze quality records to determine compliance status and prepare quality metrics.Audit work activities and production parts to verify conformance to quality assurance standards.Submit and present audit reports to leadership, recommending corrective actions where necessary.Participate in internal and external audits (Registrar, Customer, Regulatory).Evaluate and document returned goods and customer/internal escapes/disruptions, conducting root cause investigations and determining corrective/preventive actions.Support various business initiatives impacting compliance, safety, delivery, and cost.Develop and revise quality documentation and procedures.Utilize business systems such as Gen suite and Oracle to support objectives.The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for this role will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
