Services: + Program Consulting + Finance Consulting and Billing Services + Applied Technology + Outsourcing and Operations + Strategy + Project and Grants Management + Assessments and Feasibility Studies **Duties and Responsibilities** + Ensures quality control procedures for operational processes are performed in a rigorous manner in accordance with established County guidelines and company policies and procedures + Performs comprehensive “cover to cover” compliance reviews on case files to ensure the accuracy of data and narrative inputs + Supports the identification of training needs based on error trends + Review county Quality Control Audits to identify citations that may be challenged and reversed + Assists with internal and external compliance audits by the County and other agencies + Works to achieve an individual goal of “cover to cover” reviews, and work as a team to support the departmental “cover to cover” reviews goal + Takes charge of personal development to achieve a high individual accuracy target + Assists the QA Supervisor, Lead QA Specialist, and other staff members to ensure team goals are met + Review staff responses to County Quality Control Audits ensuring accurate corrections have been made and maintain a tracking system to identify error trends + Compiles monthly performance reports for supervisors, management, and the County + Review project data to ensure adherence to established County guidelines + Identifies data errors that may lead to the identification of training needs + Assists with review of departmental processes and procedures + Analyzes monthly data and reports to ensure continued improvement of operations + Review staff responses to County Quality Control Audits ensuring accurate corrections have been made and maintain a tracking system to identify error trends + Ensures confidentiality of all information regarding staff performance and compliance + Partners with the QA Supervisor and other staff to identify training needs and error-trend rates for specific units, and provide accurate reporting to management + Support the QA supervisor and QA team with any additional tasks based on the business need + Attend meetings at all San Diego PCG locations as needed **Required Skills** + Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment; + Orientation toward team-based approaches; + High self-awareness and ability to accept feedback; + Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines; + Process-oriented and results-driven work strategy; + Ability to analyze data and develop summary reports; + Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships; + Detail and process improvement oriented; + Ability to learn specialized databases and software systems; + Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision; + Strong verbal and written communication skills; + Solid technical, practical, and demonstrable skills with Microsoft Office Suite applications; + Ability to recognize and maintain the confidentiality of all materials in the work setting; + Ability to maintain a record-keeping and follow-up system. **Qualifications** + A Bachelor's degree or higher preferably in business, business administration, accounting, social work, public policy, or other closely related fields, preferred.
