Overview

As a Quality Assurance Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our data products and services. Your responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, designing test cases, executing tests, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations. 

Responsibilities Analyze functional requirements and use cases to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteriaDevelop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, test data, and test scripts using industry-standard tools and templatesExecute a variety of tests including functional, integration, regression, performance, and usability tests utilizing Azure Data Factory, SSMS, SOAPUI, Power Shell and SQLReport, track, and verify defects and issues using Azure Devops, ensuring clear communication and resolution with the development team Collaborate closely with data engineers, product owners, and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring adherence to quality standardsConduct root cause analysis on defects, providing valuable feedback and recommendations for continuous improvementActively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive efficiency and collaborationCommunicate test results, status updates, and risks to stakeholders and management using a structured reporting format on a weekly basis About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary and integrated home- and community-based pharmacy and health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
