Quality Engineer opening with Manufacturing company in the pharmaceutical industry! Description: + Serve as the compliance subject matter expert for production operations. + Assist with incident/deviation investigations and update production documentation. + Provide quality assurance support for validations, qualifications, documentation updates, and projects. + Assess production lines after events to determine resumption of operations. + Multi-task, meet deadlines, and collaborate with key stakeholders (Technical Services, Engineering, Quality Control, and Production). + Review and approve validation documents, specifications, batch records, and SOPs for research projects. + Lead investigations for product quality deviations and customer complaints. + Recommend and monitor improvements in manufacturing and control systems (CAPA). + Summarize investigation results in writing. + Troubleshoot production processes and identify improvement opportunities. + Ensure GMP compliance. + Train and mentor colleagues on investigations. + Write/revise relevant SOPs. + Assess events with the Production Quality team to determine production resumption. + Interpret specifications and SOPs. + Review and approve validation documents for research projects. + Perform change control assessments/approvals related to production. + Attend leadership meetings to provide quality updates. + Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
