Job Description-Communication with end-customer and / or internal customers related with plan to plant deliveries in case of any
claim or quality notification
-Coordination and handling of internal and external customer claims within Rexroth Bursa Plant
-Supporting manufacturing section in handling of internal technical failures
-Taking role in problem solving team and/or leading problem solving team in case of any customer complaint and/or internal quality problem
-Ensuring serial production quality assurance activities such as internal process release, part and process approval procedure, engineering changes, concession, product audit and lessons learned activities
-Supporting manufacturing section for any quality related topics by participating daily Point CIP and Q-Table meeting and performing Q-oriented process confirmation
-Taking role as representative of product quality section in project team of any project such as insourcing,
outsourcing, transfer and new product projects
-Performing process audits and following up implementation status of the actions defined in the audited section (as
lead/co-process auditor)
- BSc/Ms.Degree in Engineering BSc or MSc Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering or relevant engineering faculties
- Having experience in engineering, production and quality assurance processes
- Having knowledge and experience of Quality Management System, Quality Assurance tools and methods such as measurement techniques, capability analysis of measurement systems, machine, and process
- Having a solid basis of technical knowledge in production and/or engineering
- Having knowledge and experience about problem solving techniques such as Kepner Tregoe, 5Why, Fish-bone, 8D and so on
- Having enthusiasm in understanding of technical contents
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team, assertiveness, ability to negotiate, convince on
management level
- Structured, systematic way of working and good at collaboration, good communication skills both in internal and
external business environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish (German is an asset)
