What you can look forward to as Quality Assurance Engineer Carry out measurement system analysis and process capability studies. Support customer audits at the ZF plant. Oversee workplace release of volume production equipment. Participate in Run @ Rate activities. Provide on-site support for production of samples within the equipment supplier. Collaborate on preliminary acceptance of systems at the supplier. Conduct technical cleanliness analysis (TecSa). Ensure control plan fulfillment by checking available measuring capacity and implementing necessary measures. Perform various measurements and support measurement coordination with suppliers/customers. Your Profile as Quality Assurance Engineer Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the quality area. Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, SPC, Troubleshooting, IATF 16949, and Drawing Interpretation (GD&T). Knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially metal stamping. Familiarity with measuring equipment. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Advanced English proficiency.
