To learn more about Berry, visit berryglobal.com **Responsibilities** **RESPONSIBILITES:** + Performs duties in a safe manner. + Investigates all customer complaints and reports findings to Department Manager and Plant Manager. Test complaint samples and/or return products as needed. Ensures all necessary paperwork is completed and the product disposition is completed to its final end; this will include transferring of good products back to the warehouse, transferring bad products to scrap and making all adjustments to JDE. + Identifies product quality issues, determines the root causes in order to prevent reoccurrence and relays to the appropriate department for correction. + Ability to convey quality standards to members of the production team to ensure they understand the product and customer quality specifications. + Ability to speak effectively with co-workers or groups of co-workers, supervisors or others within the company. + Adheres to the safety policies and procedures and compliance with Berry Global’s guidelines. + Provides inspection and defect training to other employees when needed. **Qualifications** **QUALIFICATIONS:** + **Education:** High school education. + **Experience:** 1-5 years of experience in a related field is a plus. + **Leadership:** Embodies plant wide commitment to safety, quality, efficiency, cost management; acts as a role model for other employees. + **Functional/Technical Skills:** Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
