**Adecco** is currently recruiting for **Quality Assurance Inspector** in the **Aurora, Ohio** area. The main objective of a Quality Assurance Inspector is to ensure that products meet predefined standards and meet and/or exceed the customer expectations. Duties may include measuring products compared to their intended physical specifications, running quality tests, and identifying defects. **Qualifications:** **Required:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Ability to use hand-held tools and electronic devices to perform job duties, including micrometers, calipers, and Torque Wrenches. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Must have the ability to read assembly drawings and follow directions. + Skilled at verbal and written communication. + Basic ability with Microsoft Office (word processor and excel), Google Drive Documents and computer applications. + Pass a background check and drug screen. + Reliable attendance **Preferred:** + Electrical assembly experience + Excellent documentation skills + Ability to navigate an array of computer programs. + Experience in an ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing environment is a plus. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to lift and handle heavy parts up to 30 lbs. + Must be able to stand for extended time periods, up to the entire eight-hour shift. + Must have good vision to inspect parts and assemblies. **Schedule (1** **st** **Shift):** Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, ½ hour unpaid lunch, 2 paid breaks **OR** **Schedule (2** **nd** **Shift):** Monday-Thursday 2:00 pm to 12:30 am, ½ hour unpaid lunch, 2 paid breaks **Click to apply** **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
