Our client, a growing logistics company specializing in high-quality products, is looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join their team in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. In this role, you will ensure inbound goods and customer returns meet quality standards while supporting aftersales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality control (QC) inspections on inbound goods to ensure compliance with company standards.Prepare detailed QC reports and communicate findings to the team.Perform quality checks on customer-returned goods, log results in the ERP system, and report to Customer Service.Support aftersales processes, including product assistance, spare part identification, and rework as needed.Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to improve QC and aftersales processes.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the eyewear industry is preferred but not required.Knowledge of QC principles, warehouse operations, and reporting systems is highly valued.Detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Proficient in English (fluency in additional languages is a plus).
