What You’ll Do as a Quality Assurance Inspector:

Conduct thorough inspections and quality control tests at various production stages.Meticulously record and maintain inspection data.Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming products.Assist in problem investigations and root cause analysis.Contribute to productivity improvement and cost reduction plans.Train employees on quality principles and activities.Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.Become proficient in the mixing, coating, and ink supply systems to troubleshoot process problems.

Work Experience

What You'll Need:

High school diploma/equivalent (Associate's preferred)Quality Control experience in manufacturingChemical mixing/blending experience a plusStrong math & analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to multitask & prioritizeProficiency with test equipment (micrometers, microscope, etc.) & intermediate Excel skillsAbility to work with solvents & wear respiratory PPEGood vision for defect inspection
