Job Description
Make and sterilize media for testingEnforce all food safety and quality procedures.Weekly and monthly plant environmental testing Maintain calibration for all lab equipment Responsible for taking samples from production and running various testing on raw and finished product.Evaluate incoming ingredients for conformance with product specifications.Perform inspection activities and testing to ensure continuous control over production specifications throughout the production cycle.Inspect blending and bottling operations for conformance to process and packaging specifications.Determine Brix-Acid Ratio (BAR) and oil levels in product blends.Skills & QualificationsExperience in laboratory settings.Ability to perform wet chemistry, titration, and analytical chemistry.Knowledge of batch record maintenance.Familiarity with FDA regulations.Experience in chemistry, biology, quality assurance, or food science.Work Environment You will be working in a lab and manufacturing environment. The role involves using various lab equipment and adhering to safety and quality standards. The work environment is dynamic and requires attention to detail and compliance with all regulatory and company policies.ScheduleMonday - Friday (5pm - 1am)Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
