Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician
Job Title: Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician Job Description The QA Lab Technician will perform various duties within the facility, adhering to cGMP and BRC standards. Responsibilities include performing QC checks on the floor, conducting lab testing of raw materials and in-process products, advising on updating SOPs, conducting internal audits, performing investigations and root-cause analysis, and completing data entry/reporting via Excel. The role requires effective cross-functional communication with all manufacturing departments and leadership. The ideal candidate must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Candidates will work either Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday. There is an Assistant Quality Manager and three technicians on each shift. Per GMP guidelines, candidates must not wear artificial nails, eyelashes, visible jewelry, and must wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and long-sleeve shirts. The company provides a uniform and freezer jackets as employees will be in and out of the freezer throughout the day. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $21.70 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
