In this position you will report functionally to our Regional Quality Manager. As our Quality Assurance Lead, you will be working as a Key Audit Resource to the Quality Management Function in the region.As our Quality Assurance Lead, you will:Coordinate and Support Quality Audit Program.Perform Corporate Quality Management System Audits and Project Audits.Supports External Auditing on compliance with ISO certification.Perform Supplier and Contractor Audits & Quality Assessment.Management of Non-Conformances, including tracking and timely closure..Coordinate Observations/ Minor NCRs.Perform Root Cause Analysis.Monitoring of the Continuous Improvement & supports with implementation.Preventative Action development & Implementation.Support and implementation of the QMS Awareness and inductions.Lesson Learnt Management & Coordination.Quality Risk – Inputs Projects Risk Registers.Identifies Quality Gaps.Develop and shares Quality Alerts.Supervises Construction Quality Auditing.Support Construction Audits as/when required.Monitor and Measure Quality Key Performance Indicator.Input to Construction Readiness Reviews and Phase Gate Reviews.Your profile:Degree in Engineering or equivalent and suitable experience in Engineering.Extensive experience in Quality Auditing in Oil and Gas/Energy sector.ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems – Internal / Lead Auditor qualification.Significant experience in Quality Assurance function.Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteSite Quality Control/Construction experience is beneficial.Interested in joining our seriously hard-working and passionate team?
