Job Description: Quality Assurance Lead
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to manage and enhance our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will oversee casting layouts, prepare and distribute PPAP forms, lead ISO certification and audit processes, calibrate hand tools and instruments, investigate non-conformances, manage inventory, and support the quoting process for customers.
Responsibilities
+ Manage casting layouts.
+ Prepare and distribute PPAP forms to foundries, machine shops, and other suppliers.
+ Collect completed PPAP forms from suppliers.
+ Lead ISO certification and audit processes.
+ Calibrate hand tools and instruments.
+ Investigate non-conformances.
+ Manage inventory.
+ Support quoting process for customers.
+ Manage all ISO/quality documents, including ISO 9001:2015 and inspection reports for machine shops.
+ Handle Solidworks inspection.
+ Use Faro Arm for running scanners.
+ Utilize Romer Toolkit Software and Romer Arm.
+ Communicate with suppliers and customers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr.
